Very pretty. I am envious of the black currents. Do you have enough to make jam? How about pancakes? My Mom had currents in her garden, yummy. I must admit the potatoes look pretty tasty too.
Have a lovely weekend,
Kat
Cheers Kat. No, unfortunately, the other two bushes produced only leaves due to my overfeeding them in spring (it seems the mulch I used was far too 'rich' for them). The smoothie I made using the ones I did get was good though. The potatoes are an old variety dating from the 1920's and are still a favourite for 'showing' due to their pretty purple eye-blushes. One I'll definitely grow again.
Hoping your weekend was also a good'n,
Tim
